Creating one or more Organizations is a necessary part of your VISION Learning Station setup. The organization provides a level of security and access to ensure that users have access only to the parts of the VLS that they should have access to. Setting up an organization with a hierarchy of job positions also makes it possible to assign course events to all appropriate personnel at once and helps to keep your training organized and secure.
