To open an action tracking item in the VISION Developer module, follow these steps:
1.In VISION Developer, click on Action Items on the main menu and then click on Open Action Tracking.
2.Double-click on the action tracking item you want to view. This will bring up its properties (as they were entered in the VISION Action Tracking web module), including a description of the problem that needs to be resolved.
