In a nutshell, this started with CAISO who developed web based reports for their business managers to access to retrieve critical daily information about real-time grid operator status to determine whether they were qualified to sit shift (this cuts down on the workload of the training organization which had to provide that information daily). When we discussed this concept with nukes, DOE labs, and across NERC we found all customers have similar needs – nukes call this a “Watch Bill” – the list of qualified personnel who can work in the plant that day. So this area will continue grow to meet a variety of business needs across our several customer bases.
