Import exam instructions and messages from an old installation of VLS to a new one.
1.Copy the online_learning/Testing/Instructions folder from the old installation of VLS to the new installation. 2.Login to VLS (as Administrator). 3.Open Utilities menu. 4.Click Import Exam Instructions and Messages. |

Import / Modify Users
Use this utility to both create new user accounts and modify user accounts from an Excel spreadsheet. Imports may be run on a schedule. See the Add User Records Job Aid for instructions on how to set up a spreadsheet and import user records.

Enter Service Account Information

To use this utility, enter the learner account you want associated with the Service Account password, and then enter the Service Account password.

VLS User to VDM User Association Utility
This utility will make it easy to associate VISION LS user accounts with VISION Developer user accounts. See the Reconcile VLS & VDM User Accounts Job Aid for more tools to associate VDM and VLS user accounts.
•Filter VLS Users by: Use this filter to view a list of users by VLS security role. Note that these options only show Active user records. User records that have been archived will not be displayed here. •VLS Users without an associated developer account: This is a list of users who do not have a VISION Developer account currently associated with their VLS account. •VDM Developer Name: A list of VISION Developer user accounts. To associate users accounts, click the radio button for a VLS User and then select their VDM account from the VDM Developer Name drop-down menu. If you do not see a corresponding VDM account, you may need to create it in the VISION Security module. When you are done, click the Save Changes button.
