Now that you have been introduced to some basic windows and menus in VISION, you may want to set your own preferences for using VISION features.
•General: This tab controls how VISION Developer behaves on startup and shutdown, as well as cue card display and spell check. All VISION Developer users will find the options on this tab helpful, regardless of skill level.
•Workbench: This tab controls the background colors of all the workbench windows, including the links windows.
•Folders: Change the default file path to certain VISION folders.
Steps to Set Preferences
Follow these steps to set preferences:
1.From the Main Menu, select Setup 
Preferences.
2.On the tabs of the Preferences window, use the checkboxes and other controls to set your preferences.
3.Click OK.
