VISION User Guide

The process of identifying and organizing instructional objectives is called objectives analysis.  For programs oriented toward performance of specific job tasks, the objectives analysis is usually based on the skill, knowledge and ability (SKA) components that were identified during task analysis.  For instruction not oriented toward specific job tasks, the objectives are usually derived by analyzing "training goals".
