Edit a DIF Survey Event

Edit DIF Survey Respondents

Warning If the survey has a survey event associated with it, you will not be able to edit it. Instead you can use the Copy Survey button to make a new, editable, version of the survey.

Edit a DIF Survey

Follow these steps to edit a DIF Survey:

1.In the Administration area, click on the Surveys tab.

2.Select the survey you wish to edit and click on it to open its Properties page.

3.On its Properties tab, click the Edit Properties button.

4.Make the necessary changes and then click the Save Changes button.

Add or Remove Survey Items

Follow these instructions to edit Survey Items:

1.In the Administration area, click on the Surveys tab.

2.Select the survey you wish to edit and click on its blue title link to open its Properties page.

3.Click on the Tasks tab and then the Add/Remove Tasks button.

4.To add a task, select a project and work area from the drop-down menus and then expand the hierarchy to find the task(s) you wish to add. Click the Add or Add All buttons next to the tasks.

5.To remove a task, click the Remove button next to the task under the Selected Tasks menu.

6.When you are finished, click the Done button.

Edit a DIF Survey Event

Follow these steps to edit a DIF Survey Event:

1.In the Administration area, click on the Surveys tab.

2.Select the survey you wish to edit and click on it to open its Properties page.

3.On the Active Events tab, click the title link for the event you wish to edit.

4.On the event's Properties tab, make changes and then click the Save Changes button.

Edit DIF Survey Respondents

1.In the Administration area, click on the Surveys tab.

2.Select the survey you wish to edit and click on it to open its Properties page.

3.On the Active Events tab, click the title link for the event you wish to edit.

4.On the event's Respondents tab, click the Edit Respondents button.

5.On the Respondents List you can add, archive, or delete respondents.

a.To add a respondent, click the Add Respondents button. You will then search for and add respondents as you did when you created the survey event.

b.To archive a respondent, click the Archive button next to the respondent's name.

c.To remove a respondent from this survey event, click the checkbox next to the respondent's name and then click the Remove Selected button.

d.To make an archived respondent active, click on the Archived tab and click the Make Active button next to the respondent's name.
