Once a survey has reached its end date, the survey administrator (the person who created the survey) can review the responses and add them to the task in the VISION Developer module.
Follow these instructions to update DIF values:
1.In the Administration area, click on the Surveys tab.
2.Click on the blue Active Events button for the survey.
3.Click on the blue survey event link.
4.Click on the Tasks tab.
5.In the "Submit to Developer" column, click the Submit button.
You can only update DIF values in the VISION database though the survey event between the End Date and the Admin End Date. If you miss this period you can still update them by changing the Admin End date to the current date.
