Search
Select the radio button for the criteria to run a search on. You can search by Organization along with one of the other choices.
•Qual Card ID: Enter the VISION web module identification number. This is found in the Qualification List under "ID".
•VDM Qual ID: Enter the VISION Developer system ID for the qualification. This is found on the General page of the qualification's properties window in the VDM.
•VDM Version ID: Enter the VISION Developer version ID for the qualification. This is found on the Past Versions page of the qualification's properties window in the VDM.
•Qual Title Prefix: Click the radio button and enter the VLS qual prefix, or what you know of it. Select "Exact Match", "Starts With", "Ends With" or "Contains" and enter the information that you have.
•Qual Title: Select "Exact Match", "Starts With", "Ends With" or "Contains" and enter the information that you have.
•Assigned To: If you know the last name, first name, or Username of someone assigned to this qual card, click the radio button and enter it in the text box.
•Status: Search for qualifications that are current, and marked "Active", and those that are not current, and are marked "Archived".
•Organization: Choose an organization to search on from the drop-down list. This option is available with all of the other search options.
•Search Button: Click this button to search for qualifications or events that meet the criteria you have entered. If none match your criteria, you can click the Back button and search again.
Search Results
The results page lists the qualifications that match your search criteria. This page is similar to the Qualification List, except that you cannot create a new version of the qual here.
