Report Selection
Choose an Organization and a Report from the drop down menus, and then click the View Report button.
View a bar graph that displays the number of exams that have been completed each month. •Organization: The organization that you selected to generate this report. •Year: The current year is displayed. Click the backward or forward buttons to change the year. •Exam Completions: The number of exams completed in the year displayed. •X Axis (Number): This is the number of exams that have been completed in each month. •Y Axis (Months): The bar graph shows the number of exams completed each month in comparison with the other months of the year. |
This report looks at all of the VDM Objectives in the VDM Projects linked to the organization you have selected. Out of all of these objectives, this report displays the percentage that have been "Mastered" by at least one learner. A learner has "Mastered" an objective when they have passed an AICC lesson containing that objective. |
View a graph of the number of learners who have completed this qualification in the selected year.
•Organization: The name of the organization that the qualifications "belong" to. •Year: The year that you are currently viewing qualifications for. •Completed: The total number of qualifications completed for the selected year. •(Year Selection): Use the backwards and forwards buttons to select a year. •(Graph): The graph shows the number of qualifications completed for each month over the course of a year. |
View a list of dates and times that users associated with this organization logged in to the VISION Learning Station.
•Specify From Date & To Date: Enter the dates (up to 30 days) between which you want to search for exam records. Use the drop-down menus or calendar button to select dates. When you have entered your search criteria, click the Submit Query button to generate the report.
•(Organization): The organization that this summary is for. •Total Users: This is the number of users who used the organization. •Date Range: The dates you selected in the previous step. •First Name: The full first name of the user as it has been entered in the VISION Learning Station. •Last Name: The full last name of the user as it has been entered in the VISION Learning Station. •User Name: The unique code assigned to the user for identification within the VISION Learning Station. •Date: This is the date on which the organization was used. •Time: This is the time at which the organization was used. •IP Address: This is the IP Address of the user's computer. |
