The course evaluations properties page displays the current questions on the course evaluation and provides an interface to add more questions on the Questions tab.
Properties Tab
Once an evaluation has been used on a course event it can no longer be edited or deleted, which means that features like "Edit" and "New Questions" will not be present. Click the "Copy Evaluation" button to make a new, editable copy of the evaluation.
Copy Evaluation Button
This button is available if the evaluation cannot be edited. Click it to make a new, editable copy of the evaluation.
Delete Evaluation Button
Click the delete button to remove permanently remove the evaluation. In order to delete an evaluation, you must first delete all of the questions.
Title
The name entered for the evaluation. This field is editable even if the evaluation is locked.
Evaluation Status
Select whether the evaluation is Active, and in use or Inactive, and being stored for record-keeping purposes.
Save Changes Button
Click this button to save changes to the evaluation.
Questions Tab

Add Question Button
If you wish to add questions to the evaluation, enter the new question here.
•New Question: Enter a new evaluation question here.
•Rating Type: If you wish to add questions to the evaluation, select the new question's response template from the drop-down menu. If you do not see an appropriate one, you can create a new one on the Response Type Display on the Course Evaluations page.
•Add Question to Evaluation Button: Click this button to add the question to the evaluation or click the Cancel button to cancel.
(Up & Down Arrows) 
Click these buttons to adjust each's question's order on the evaluation.
(Question & Response)
The evaluation question is displayed with the response type. If you wish to change the question or the response type, click the Edit button.
Delete Button
Click the delete button to remove this question and response type entirely. In order to delete an evaluation, you must first delete all of the questions.
Edit Button
Click the Edit button to change the question text or response type for each question. Use the up and down arrow buttons to change the order of this question.
