To create an evaluation, you will enter a title and the first question. When you click the Next button, the evaluation will be "created" and you can enter more questions as you would if you were editing an evaluation. The first phase of evaluation creation is listed here, but the second part is covered with our information on the Questions tab.
Evaluation Title
Enter a title for the evaluation.
First Question
Type in the first question of the evaluation. You will be able to add more questions after this one is entered.
Response Type
Select a response type from the drop-down list. Learners will use this to answer the question that you have entered.
VISION Learning Station includes a number of default response types:
•Five Point Rating Scale: Five choices ranging from Very Unsatisfactory to Very Satisfactory.
•Text Box: An area where learners can type in a response.
•Yes/No: Two choices: "Yes" and "No".

Click the Next button to finish the evaluation on the evaluation's Questions tab.
