VISION User Guide

Sort course completion reports by courses that are available to all users.

•Course Name: The title of the course that the report references.

•Report [View Button]: Click the View button to view the Completion Report and it's associated print and export options.

Sort course completion reports by the job positions within the course's associated organization.

•Job Position: This is a list of job positions within this organization. Click the blue numbered drop-down menu under Courses to see a list of courses assigned to this job position.

•Course [Name]: The title of the course.

•View Excel Report: Click the View button to open the Completion Report and it's associated print and export options.

Course Name: The title of the course.

Export Button: Click this button to copy, print, or export this report.

List Display

•Course Name: The title of the course.

•Event Name: The title of the course event.

•Completion Date: The date on which the learner completed the course event.

•Completion Status: The user's current standing in terms of course event completion:

oOpen: The user has not yet finished the course event, but still has time to do so.

oPass: The user has completed the course event and has met the required score.

oFail: The user has completed the course event but has not met the required score.

oIncomplete: The user has started, but not completed the course event.

oExempt: The user is receiving credit for the course event without completing it.

oUnsatisfactory: The user has attempted the course event but did not meet the requirements.

•Username: The learner's unique identifying in the VISION Learning Station.

•Email: The email address entered for this learner in the VLS.

•Userdefiend1, 2, & 3: Any organization-specific coding associated with this learner's record in the VLS.
