Some columns can be filtered and sorted so that it is easier to use the data on them. These columns can be distinguished by the "-" symbols in each column header.
This indicates that these columns can be sorted and filtered.
Sort the entries by a specific column by clicking on that column header. A directional arrow will appear, showing you if the column is being sorted from lowest to highest or highest to lowest. you can reverse this by clicking on the arrow again.
Filter a column by clicking on the "_" at the end of the column. This will open a list, a text entry box, or both. Select or type in your filter criteria and then press Enter to filter.
Note that you can filter on one or more than one columns at a time.
To remove the filter, click the red X button on the bottom of the window.
