Though qualification cards are developed in the VISION Developer module, they can be modified in the Learning Station. Occasionally you may need to change a card’s settings, such as how often it must be qualified for, its status, or the amount of time a learner has to complete it. All of a qualification card’s settings (aside from the tasks it embodies) can be modified in the Learning Station.
Follow these steps to modify a qualification card:
1.Click on Administration on the Main Menu.
2.Click on the Qualifications tab.
a.You may need to select a different organization from the Filter drop-down menu.
3.Click on the link for the qualification card and then click on the Properties tab.
4.Click the Edit Properties button.
5.When you are finished making changes, click the Save Changes button.
