You can create a "Questions Per Objective" assessment profile in the VISION Developer module. While this is technically a type of "graded exam", the steps to create this profile are different from the ones displayed here.

Follow these steps to create an assessment profile:
1.In the Administration area, click the Assessment Profiles tab.
2.Click on the Add Assessment Profile button.
3.Under "Select Assessment Type," click on the Graded Exam button or the Manual Score button.
"Graded Exam" Assessment Profile
1.Under "How do you want to limit your Assessment," select a limit (By Number, By Percent, By Points, or By Time).
2.Click the Next button.
3.Enter the assessment's properties.
4.When you are finished, click the Add Assessment Profile button.
"Manual Score" Assessment Profile
1.Under "Select Assessment Type," click on the Manually Score button.
2.Click the Next button.
3.Enter the assessment's properties.
4.When you are finished, click the Add Assessment Profile button.
