VISION User Guide

Assigning students is a crucial part of any Course Event, and can be done quickly in the Courses area of the Learning Station. Here, you can assign students to courses and, once a Course Roster has been created, modify the list of assigned individuals. This segment will show you how to assign students to a course event in the Learning Station.

Warning If a learner is assigned to an active course event for one version of a course, you will not be able to assign them to an event for a different version of the same course.

Follow these steps to assign students to a course event:

1.Click on Administration on the Main Menu.

2.Click on the Courses tab. This is the default tab when entering the Administration area.

3.Click on the Active Events button Blue Number Arrow for the course that has the event you want to assign users to, and then click on the event link.

4.Click on the Learners tab and then the Assign Learners button.

5.Use the Available Learners and Search tabs to find the learners you wish to add.

6.When you have located the learners, check the boxes next to their names and then click the Add Selected Students button.
