Courses may be linked to or unlinked from additional Job Positions, assuming the user attempting to make the link has the rights to do so. Note the following ruled for linking and unlinking:
•Eligible Job Positions for linking include those jobs within the same organization that have the courses project mapped to their hierarchy.
•To unlink a Job Position there must be no course events or dependent completion records associated with that Job Position for this course.
Steps
1. On the Course properties page, click the "Manage Job Position Links" button.
2. Select any eligible Job Positions using the check boxes.
3. Click the "Link Selected Job Position(s)" button to make the link.
