Reset Exam
In certain situations, a learner may be permitted to start the exam over again, from scratch. Using the Reset Exam button will delete any current exam progress, and permit the learner to start over from the beginning. To reset the learner's exam, click the "Reset Exam" button for the desired learner.
Note: If the lesson uses static exams built in VISION Developer, there must be enough exams associated with the lesson to permit a re-take, since a learner can only take a given static exam once.
Allow Exam Reentry
If an exam window is closed while a learner has it open (by mistake, power out, etc), the learner may find that their exam score has not been recorded, and the status on the exam and course event remain "Incomplete". The instructor will be able to see where the learner's progress has stalled by reviewing the exam attempts for the lesson. The instructor can allow the learner to open the exam again where they left off by changing the "Allow Exam Reentry" to "Yes". This will not affect the learner's progress or score.
