Search Criteria
•Completion Date: Select the dates you want to search.
•Learners: Select from the list of learners assigned to the job position.
•Select All Link/ Selection Checkbox: Click the "Select All" link to select all of the checkboxes. Otherwise, check the boxes for the appropriate users.
•Last Name & First Name: The last and first name of the user as entered into the VISION Learning Station.
•User Name: The unique login identification of the learner.
•View Report Button: Click this button to view the report.
Program Completion Records
Organization
The organization that the job position is associated with.
Job Position
The job position for which you created this report.
Print Button
Click this button to print the information on the page. Note that this information is displayed in a list to make it printer-friendly.
List Display
•VDM Program ID: The unique system-generated identification number associated with the program in the VISION Developer module.
•VDM Version ID: The unique system-generated identification number associated with this version of the program in the VISION Developer module.
•Program Type: Whether the program is a VDM Course or a VDM Training Unit. Courses can contain multiple training units.
•Program Name: The name of the VDM Program associated with this job position.
•[User Name]: Under each user name is the date on which the learner completed and passed the program. Click the blue link to activate, inactivate, expire, or add comments to the record.
