Analysis Color Attributes

In the Color Attributes window that appears, choose the attributes that you want to see by checking the appropriate boxes. Then click OK (or Close if you didn’t make any changes). The color(s) will be applied to the text of the hierarchy nodes that have the attribute(s) you selected. We will describe each Color Attribute window: Analysis, Objective and Program.

Tip Note that you can use the down button next to each color box to change the color of that attribute.

Shared: Changes the color of all shared Analysis nodes.

Selected Tasks: Changes the color of all Tasks selected for training.

Deselected Tasks: Changes the color of all Tasks NOT selected for training.

Made into Objective: Changes the color of all nodes that have been made into an objective

Consolidated: Changes the color of all nodes that have been consolidated into an objective.

Has questions: Changes the color of all tasks that have questions.

Linked to document(s): Changes the color of all nodes that are linked to document(s).

Linked to changed or missing document(s): Changes the color of each node that has been linked to changed or missing document(s).

Objective Color Attributes

Use color attributes in the objective hierarchy to see which nodes have questions or lesson content.

Contains consolidated analysis nodes: Changes the color of all objective nodes that contain consolidated analysis nodes.

Made from an analysis node: Changes the color of all objectives that have been made directly from analysis nodes.

Has at least one test question: Changes the color of every objective that has at least one test question linked to it.

Assigned to training unit: Changes the color of all objectives that are assigned to at least one training unit in the program hierarchy.

Linked to document(s): Changes the color of all nodes that are linked to document(s).

Linked to changed or missing document(s): Changes the color of each node that has been linked to changed or missing document(s).

Program Color Attributes

When you begin sequencing objectives into instructional units, you’ll find it helpful to color the objectives that are sequenced into lessons. This way you can easily distinguish between the sequenced objectives and those that are still not assigned to a lesson.
