The following goals characterize a broad view of the ideal outcome of implementation of VISION to develop training and qualification programs based on the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) methodology.
1.Key documents (e.g. Task to Training Matrix, Total Task List, Long Range Training Plan, or other documents to support an accreditation audit) can be produced easily from VISION, requiring no editing.
2.Data in VISION supports sharing across common groups.
3.When changes to procedures, policies, equipment or other “change agents” occur, a responsible individual routinely traces from configured metadata (e.g. cross reference tables) in VISION to find the potentially affected areas.
