The Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) is the backbone of the VISION Developer platform. From Analysis to Design to Development, VISION provides the structure of the first three phases of the ADDIE model. At its core, VISION is oriented towards the use of Learning Objects—the chunking of instructional materials together with the appropriate assessment instruments—that are linked back to analysis data and sequenced into lessons in the Program Hierarchy.
The following standards provide the basis for building and linking data in VISION in accordance with the SAT process.
