Documents can be added regardless of the status of the evaluation (sat, unsat, incomplete etc), and any number of documents can be uploaded for each tasks qualification process.
These uploaded documents can be viewed from the OJE until it is finished (marked complete or sat and submitted) and afterward can be viewed by clicking one of the VIEW badges from the task qualification summary page from within the qual card or PA.
During training or evaluation, on the OJE, the documents upload widget will be present near the bottom just above the submit evaluation section:
The basic meta information can be seen/edited using the detail button:
The “learner can view option” is defaulted to yes. If the documents need to be hidden from the learner when they view their task qualification information, then the uploader will need to make sure to check the details popup and uncheck that option.
The learner will only be able to view the documents once the qualification for a task is complete enough that the “Details” button appears on their qualification card or performance assessment
You may come across one of these common error messages while training or evaluating a qual card:
•Request as Required in Course: This message indicates that this qual card is a placeholder for a corresponding course in which you will be able to request a trainer and evaluator. Use that course instead of this qualification card.
•Unable to Request Evaluator: This message indicates that a request was sent for the same task from some other performance assessment or qual card that has the task on it. If you have started a task in qual or course you must complete it in the same one.
